Want to build muscle????  Increase your testosterone levels first…

As you might know that testosterone is the hormone which tells the world that one is a male … though it exists in females also but in infinitely small amounts.
So other than making a man A MAN… what does this testosterone do??? Here are a few insights:

 The most obvious activities of testosterone are to regulate the growth factors such deepening of voice, body hair, facial hair etc., in boys during their adolescent age.

 Even before the birth of a baby boy the activity of testosterone starts & develops the body accordingly.

 In males testosterone also regulates the muscle & bone health.

  High testosterone levels can affect your central nervous system & can be blamed for    those control freak volcanic temper attacks. Girls now this explains a lot about those ill behaviors!!!

My area of concern her is the fact that testosterone helps make your exercises more effective & increase your muscle mass, bone density & hence helps you develop a good build. 
AHEM AHEM!!!! GUYS NOTE THIS ONE…

Though there are many drugs available to increase the testosterone levels in the body BUT
I believe that when you can have something natural then you should never accept a factory version of it.

So I have listed out some foods which can help you increase your testosterone levels naturally…

BUT MAKE SURE YOU STAY CALM & COMPOSED WITH THEM!!!

➡️    Zinc – This mineral plays an important role in the production of testosterones, an adult male need 11 mgs of zinc per day. It can be incorporated by having

➡️       Sea foods such as shrimps, shell fish, oysters etc.
➡️       Beans
➡️.      Milk & cheeses
➡️       Pumpkin seeds

 
Raise T with D – studies have shown the positive  relation between vitamin D & testosterone production.

*        Milk products
*        Tuna 
*        Egg yolk
*        Sunlight
          


     Fats have an “ESSENTIAL” category – A healthy male should not have any less than 5 teaspoons of fats in a day though the source of fat matters, one should focus of poly & monounsaturated fats as they contain essential fatty acids which make the building blocks of testosterone hormone.      

➡️     Snacking on nuts like almonds & walnut helps in blood flow & hence testosterones function.

➡️     Flaxseed, chia seeds also contain essential fatty acids.

➡️     Avocado – it is a healthy fat rich fruit, also contains potassium which helps in the proper functioning of thyroid gland.

➡️     Ditch that drink- consumption of alcohol & smoke has been proven to reduce the masculinity attributes. ALL OF THEM!!!

➡️     Antioxidants – these components help reduce the free radical damage in the body promoting overall good health and have a positive effect on testosterone production.

➡️     Dark chocolate, broccoli, Berries
