ZMA (Zinc Monomethionine Aspartate, Magnesium Aspartate and Vitamin B6) supplement is mainly used by athletes, gymnasts, and bodybuilders. It is most often used as a recovery aid; also, it claims to raise strength levels and may enhance hormonal profiles.  


ZMA should be taken 30-60 minute prior to bedtime and on an empty stomach to help synchronize absorption with sleep.
